“ I'll start by saying this is NOT your high class fancy pants restaurant. What it is however is a comfortable, cozy dinner with great staff and food to match. You know those restaurants in the movies where everything is laid back and there's that waitress who makes sure the coffee is never empty? Yeah that's this place. Sometimes you'll hear a cranky old man say some wildly inappropriate comments from the table behind you, but is it even rural Alberta if you don't? I've never had a bad meal here. Is most definitely a go-to spot in my household. ”

The risk with trying somewhere new is you never know if you're going to love it or if the food/service sucks and you end up regretting it. I've been disappointed so many times, I went in with low expectations. I'm happy to announce that it was a success, I ordered the butter chicken, my husband had the beef dip - it was amazing, honestly. The butter chicken was the same if not better than two of my other favorite restaurants. The beef dip is always my husband's go-to dish when dining most places, usually it's decent enough but this one was surpsingly one of the best. Don't sleep on this place, the delicious food was a pleasant surprise. ”
